Motivational Life Coaching
A 90 minute live call designed to answer your questions, bring your mind, body and soul into alignment, and share tools to help empower you on your life path.
I will hold space for any topics you would like to dive into, and will share my guidance and advice for easing, clearing or bringing balance to whatever we are focusing on. I will use my skills in shamanic life coaching, mediumship, akashic records work, connecting with nature & spirit, and psychic readings to guide you into wholeness and empower you with tools you can use for the rest of your life.
Some of the tools & teachings I will share include but are not limited to:
meditations, art projects, connecting with spirit and nature, mystical teachings to help you understand the multidimensional layers of your body, how to face and feel past emotions without getting stuck in the stories, mindful eating practices, somatic nervous system regulation tools, power animal teachings, rituals to clear energy and connect with your soul, using shamanic dance to heal, working with the 4 elements, creating sacred space, connecting with spirit through divination, and more!
This session is not designed for people who do not to do the work, or who want a healer to make them feel "normal". I will help you ease any intense emotions and come into balance to the best of my ability, but I am only guiding you through your own process and empowering you to heal yourself - I am not doing the work for you.
** I will reach out to you via the email you use to purchase to schedule our call. The call will be 90 minutes long, and can be scheduled for any day of the week.
** If you wish to cancel a session and receive a refund you must do so within 24 hours of purchasing by contacting me via email (found on contact page). After 24 hours cancellations and refunds will not be honored.
** If you need to reschedule our call, you can do so, but refunds will not be honored unless you fully cancel the call.
