Ancient Esoterica is a space for awakening souls and humans of all kinds to expand their consciousness and feel welcome, seen and honored for their truth and curiosity.
I believe we are all spiritual beings, or infinite souls, having a human experience - and that we have done this before, and we will do it again, and again, and again. I have seen in my own life that we are all multidimensional beings, with past lives, unique gifts, passions and different qualities that come together to create who we are in this life. There are no limits to the physical forms and experiences we can incarnate into, and we are remembering this now on planet Earth as humanity is awakening from unconsciousness once again.
I am passionate about consciousness, spiritual awakening, ancient civilizations, psychedelics, holistic healing, music and studying esoteric spiritual teachings, and it is my greatest passion to share what I’ve learned with others through this platform and my psychic readings.
Knowing thyself helps lay a strong foundation to guide us through life and to come back to, but it can keep us looping and getting nowhere if we don’t bridge the gap between the body and mind. It is only one half of the picture.
So many spiritual seekers spend most of their time in the higher chakras - in realms of the mind and higher spiritual planes. However, true healing and integration happens on the human level, in the body. Many of us struggle with the sensations, feelings and trapped emotions of the body, and will endlessly try to shift and release them at the level of the mind, trying to “figure it out”. But this keeps us looping, and often confuses us more than heals us.
For years I have found so much value in my Akashic Records soul work - however, it was only helping me shift at the level of mind, and I found myself avoiding, rejecting and hating my body because it was uncomfortable to be in, as it way layered with lot of stuck traumas and feelings.
how do we bridge the gap between mind and body, spirit and human?
I needed to find ways to re-integrate with my human aspects, to heal my nervous system, release stuck emotions and honor my humanity - and that’s when I really dove into the shamanic arts. Shamanism has been an interest of mine for years - and the teachings, tools and practices of indigenous cultures have always fascinated me.
In 2023, I began a certification program to become a Shamanic Life Coach, which gave me the tools I needed to serve myself and other beings at the human level - not just at the level of the mind - while honoring the soul and multidimensional aspects of us all.
I spent over 2 years learning these shamanic tools that have helped me to reconnect with nature and my body. I began seeking somatic healing, trying various practices like breath work, sound healing, yoga, meditation, reiki and ecstatic dance. These modalities changed my life, and the soul work I had been doing for years acted as an anchor & strong foundation for me to keep coming back to as I navigated the dense, traumatized layers of my body.
I believe it is crucial to know thyself when going on a spiritual journey, and to be able to use tools like the Akashic Records to understand things from the level of the mind, however this is only 1/2 of the puzzle.
When I paired my Akashic work with somatic healing practices and just having fun in my body, I became an entirely new human. I’ve been able to work through depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, addictions and lots of internal darkness through the various tools, practices and teachings I have collected along my human journey, and it is my intention to share what I’ve learned through this platform.
The body does not have to be a scary place, as I thought for so long - the body is a vessel, our vehicle for self expression in this incarnation, and it stores so so much wisdom within its cells. We can access this wisdom to greater lengths and shift into higher states of consciousness when we slow down, pay more attention to our lives and the synchronicities surrounding us, and seek knowledge and tools to help us step into higher potentials in this lifetime.
That is why I am so happy to help others know thyself and shift into alignment with their soul at not just the level of mind, but at the human levels too.
Through my various certifications and what I’ve learned in my lived experiences, it is my intention to help you connect with your passions and a sense of purpose, come home to your body, clear out dense energies that no longer serve you, and awaken your highest potential in a deeply embodied, mindful way.
We don’t have to stay trapped within the karma and past energies of the body forever. When we have the right tools in the right moments, we can shift anything in a matter of minutes, restoring the vitality, wholeness and high vibrational wellbeing that is our natural state.
Humans are not meant to be sick, sad and confused - we are sovereign, divine beings, here on this planet to live cool ass lives, to make real impacts if we choose to, and to live out our dreams in a way that uplifts all of humanity along the way, cause what the heck else are we gonna do? Doom scroll?
It’s time for us all to remember our truth, and come home to humanity once more.

I am Sara Murray - currently my occupations are; psychic reader, author, aspiring spiritual teacher, certified Soul Realignment Akashic Records Practitioner & Shamanic Life Coach, and most importantly: human being. My passions in life are equal parts music (& writing) and spirituality - if I’m not listening to music, singing or writing, I am most likely studying ancient civilizations, holistic healing, mystic arts, plant medicine healing, psychedelia, starseed lineages and esoteric knowledge.

A little more about me…
My spiritual awakening journey began following a near death experience in August 2017 that left me severely burned on more than half my body, and gifted me with hyper sensitivities and physical disfigurations that would forever alter my life path.
At first, I did not see my disfigured, severely burned body or hyper sensitivity as a gift.
I hated these gifts at first - however the more I learn, the more I see that my injuries activated a remembering of my true essence within, and showed me that I have been highly sensitive and in tune with the shamanic realms since birth - I just didn’t have the terminology to explain my experiences until recently.
The more I walk my path of awakening, the more I see my perceived challenges as blessings that activate and reveal my true gifts within. Over the past 7 years, I have alchemized traumas, burdens and pains into purpose - through connecting with and knowing my true self, my soul, and my spiritual aspects.
It is my intention to help others who walk a spiritual path to discover and connect with their truest essence within, activate higher consciousness, while unlocking & embodying their truth so they can live an empowered, aligned life that reflects their soul purpose.
My main intentions here are to share teachings & perspectives that help you transcend the matrix, awaken your spirit, and connect with your authentic soul truth.
